Responsibilities
  • Lead company operations including general administration and human resources.
  • Manage and mentor other administrative and HR team members
  • Respond to employment verification inquires
  • Provide payroll information semi-monthly to accounting firm. Payroll information include any new hires or termination, any commission, bonus payouts, changes in deductions, etc.
  • Manage various HRIMS system configurations such as Zenefits, 401K System, Payroll system, etc.
  • Assist with hiring, termination and performance reviews
  • Develop and maintain performance review, career architecture tracks and bonus structure management
  • Review bonus payouts and obtain approvals from management
  • File corporate reports for Sath & it's sister  companies - Sysvana and Armini
  • Manage annual business insurance renewals for it's sister  companies - Sysvana and Armini
  • Manage annual benefits renewal
  • File license plate renewals
  • I-9 verification for new hires. Enrolling them in Zenefits
  • Process terminations – writing the termination letter and conducting the termination meeting
  • Organize team celebrations and company annual party
  • Order office supplies and assist with repairs
  • Complete annual minority business certification with city of Chicago
  • Assist with Company vehicle maintenance
  • Manage Company 401K plan and plan changes/improvements
  • Oversee purchasing, bill approvals and expenses tracking for Sath, Sysvana and Armini.
  • Approve bills/invoices for Sath and Sysvana
  • Review company expenses and identify where expenses can be lowered
  • Develop and review financial reports as requested by company executive
  • Assist company executive(s) in various company related tasks as needed
  • Lead community engagement programs and various other initiatives to improvement company awareness in the Cyber Security community
Skill/Experience Requirement:
  • Should have previous 7-10 years of experience in executing these activities
  • Should be technology savvy as most processes are automated
  • Should have demonstrated experience in handling confidential information and working with company executives
  • This role will be supported by another team member to provide needed assistance
  • Payroll is processed by third party. Only need to provide changes in the semi-monthly payroll
  • Hiring, benefits enrollment and termination processes are mostly automated
