IT Security Identity and Access Project Manager

Sath Technologies is looking for a highly experienced Identity & Access IT Project Manager to join their team in Schaumburg, IL as full-time employee. The IT Project Manager will be dedicated to the IT Security Consulting team. The successful candidate will be considered an expert in IT Project Management, having extensive hands-on experience necessary to lead and implement various IT Projects. In this role, you will:
 
  • Work with the Client Management in the planning and definition of system implementations, enhancements, defects and small projects.
  • Define and enforce a project management methodology with an internal and client project teams.
  • Develop project business case, charter, resource and budget documents
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope and schedule.
  • Track and communicate team progress; Lead daily stand up meetings or regularly scheduled team meetings.
  • Prepare presentations (including Executive Presentations) to support project deliverables and communications.
  • Gain support from and work with Project Stakeholders for inputs in completing project deliverables.
  • Update project plan on regular basis to provide current information on project scope, schedule and budget.
  • Review and conduct quality assurance on deliverables prepared by team members.
  • Develop and manage productive working relationships with client project owners, department heads and team members.

Job Requirements
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
  • 5 or more  years of Identity and Access Management Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Design, Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, multi-tasking, team-oriented, leadership, facilitation, strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies, principles ( PDLC, SDLC ), values, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects, enhancements & defects simultaneously.
  • Broad knowledge of advanced technology skills in IT Security – Identity and Access Management, Physical Security and Cyber Security 
  • Previous experience in successfully managing and delivering IT projects from project initiation/business case development to project close out is required.
  • Proficient MS Office suite applications, especially MS Outlook, MS Project Plan, MS Powerpoint, Visio. Experience with bug tracking tools and other project management tools required.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment and deliver projects with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Preferred: Experience in Managed IT Services as well as IT Security
