The Enterprise Sales Professional advises and partners with clients on solving their security problems by leveraging Sath’s offerings and capabilities around various Enterprise Security technologies. He/she work closely with the key stakeholders to manage pre-sales efforts and engagements in the accounts assigned.
 
Technology Coverage:
Sath Solutions covers the following technology spectrum (but not limited to):
 
Data Security: Data Security Solutions can include Data Masking, Dynamic Data Masking, Data Leakage, PCI Assessment, Data Modeling/Governance or other measures that protect and monitor the integrity of the client’s data.  Knowledge of vendors in this space is a plus: IBM Optim, Symantec, McAfee, CA and Informatica’s Activebase solution.
 
Identity & Access Management: IDAM Solutions will be focused on the Identity and the access to different entitlements within the organization.  These solutions can include Provisioning, Federation, Password Mgmt, Enterprise or Web Single Sign-on, RBAC, Access Governance, Certification and Directory Design. Technologies covered under this are – IDM provisioning (oracle, IBM, CA, Novel), Access Governance and RBAC (OIA, CA RCM, Aveksa and SailPoint) and Single sign/Federation (Siteminder, OAM, EEM, Ping….)
 
Infrastructure Security: Solutions in this space include the Design, Build, and Operations of the security around the infrastructure, servers, network, mainframe, storage and End User computing area.  This position should have experience in Firewalls, HIDS, NIDS, Anti Virus, Anti SPAM, and SIEM technologies. A few technologies covered under this are – Symantec, NetIQ, RSA Netwitness, EMC, Cisco, Juniper, TrendMicro, IBM Qradar, Splunk
 
 
Responsibilities and Activities:
Collaborate closely with the Sath team stakeholders to develop proposals, presentations,  statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Sath’s presence in existing accounts
 
Work with Sath team stakeholders to manage the pre-sales process with clients and provide the leadership throughout the opportunity lifecycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal.
Provide thought leadership & IT transformation recommendations in various technology areas and to CXO level contacts.
 
Work with India/Global based practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market (GTM) on solutions
Own service-line account plans and targets for named accounts in a specific industry segment and region including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline funnel
 
Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop GTM plans
 
Approach, uncover business/technical needs, develop value proposition and Implement complex security solutions to C level contacts.
 
To be successful in this role an individual will be required to have:
 2-5  years of B2B sales experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and or MBA .
Experience in working with large strategic accounts in a sales, marketing or account management capacity
Strong commercial acumen
An advanced understanding of social media
The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
A solution selling approach to sales
Being willing and able to travel
Excellent written and presentation skills for in-person or web based meetings
