Sath Inc is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Operations Manager who will be key in managing and expanding our growing business operations. If you enjoy working with managed chaos, enjoy working on multiple projects to see them to successful completion and enjoy supporting growing team, this role is for you. 
In this role, you will: 
  • Lead company operations including general administration, and office management.
  • Manage business administrative activities for Sath (US and India locations) and sister companies Sysvana and Armini. 
  • Lead various event management activities for company lead events and conferences
  • Lead office organization, client and thrid party personnel reception and other activities associated with Office Management
  • Assist with Marketing activities as needed
  • Manage annual business insurance renewals
  • Manage annual benefits renewal
  • File license plate renewals
  • Organize team celebrations and company annual parties
  • Order office supplies and assist with repairs
  • Complete annual minority business certification with city of Chicago
  • Assist with Company vehicle maintenance
  • Oversee purchasing, bill approvals and expenses tracking 
  • Approve bills/invoices 
  • Review company expenses and identify where expenses can be lowered
  • Assist company executive(s) in various company related tasks as needed
  • Lead community engagement programs and various other initiatives to improvement company awareness in the Cyber Security community
Position Requirement:
  • Should have previous 3-5 years of experience in executing these activities
  • Should be technology savvy as most processes use newest technology and automation
  • Should have demonstrated experience in handling confidential information and working with company executives
  • This role will be supported by another team member to provide needed assistance
  • Payroll is processed by third party. Only need to provide changes in the semi-monthly payroll
  • Hiring, benefits enrollment and termination processes are mostly automated
